The Parish Council is looking for a new Grounds Maintenance Contractor, to replace the current contractor who has recently terminated his services. This is a rewarding contract to be involved in the community, ensuring the sports and leisure facilities are safe and pleasant places to be for all users. The contract for services will include - maintenance of Parish Council assets at the playing field, play area, sports pavilion, The Close play area and woodland area. - carrying out weekly and monthly safety checks and recording/reacting to any issues. - carrying out some minor repairs and providing quotes for additional, bigger jobs that arise. - regular emptying of bins, collecting litter, responding to security alarm calls and some liaising with hirers of the facilities. - contractors will be required to have their own public liability insurance.
