Easton on the Hill Parish Council has set up a Planning Committee with delegated powers to decide on the response on behalf of the Parish Council to most planning applications and send them to the Local Authority.  New build applications will be referred to full council - see the Committee's Terms of Reference below and agendas and minutes in the meetings section of the website.
